You’ll use evidence-based coaching techniques, personalized guidance, and consistent motivation to create meaningful results.This is a remote role, but you’ll collaborate closely with our nutritionists, trainers, and product team across different countries.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct one-on-one coaching sessions (video or chat) with clients to set and track health goals.Develop personalized wellness, nutrition, and fitness plans based on client needs.Monitor client progress and provide consistent motivation, feedback, and accountability.Educate clients on healthy habits, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness.Collaborate with the content, fitness, and product teams to enhance user experience.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress reports.Stay updated on the latest trends in nutrition, behavioral change, and fitness.What We OfferCompetitive USD-based remuneration.
