Are you a Replit wizard who can take any idea — from a property investing tool to a fully-fledged AI assistant — and turn it into a powerful, user-friendly web app?

We’re looking for a Replit expert who thrives on building MVPs, dashboards, automation tools, and creative digital products. You’ll be working directly with a UK-based company who builds across property, AI, and education — and needs a dependable developer to bring ideas to life, fast.

🛠 What You’ll Build (Examples) :

  • Deal sourcing tools, comparables engines, and calculators
  • AI-based apps that replicate expert decision-making
  • CRM dashboards, funnel automations, and simple SaaS tools
  • Chrome extensions or mobile-friendly versions (if needed)

👨‍💻 Must-Have Skills :

  • Expert with Replit , including :
  • Front-end : HTML / CSS, JavaScript, React (ideal)
  • Back-end : Python / Flask, Node.js, API integrations
  • Database : Firebase, Replit DB, or Google Sheets-based data stores
  • Can handle auth, routing, APIs, and UI / UX without needing micromanagement
  • Creative problem-solver – if you don’t know how to build it, you figure it out
  • Able to document and present your work clearly
  • Solid English and clear communication
