Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and QA teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment, with a passion for driving clarity, collaboration, and successful product delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering & Analysis :
- Partner with Product Managers to break down epics into user stories, acceptance criteria, and developer tasks.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases by engaging stakeholders across functions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Agile Collaboration :
Participate actively in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to support Agile delivery.Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, implemented, and tested.Product & Process Improvement :
Monitor product performance, analyze data trends, and identify opportunities for enhancements.Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and post-implementation reviews.Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.Governance & Compliance :
Conduct all business activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals.Requirement
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a dynamic business or technology environment.Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles within a software development environment.Familiarity with SaaS, data-driven products, or customer-facing product development is a plus.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and backlog management practices.Proficiency in collaboration and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.Excellent ability to translate business needs into actionable development tasks.Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to clearly articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable working in distributed teams across multiple time zones, using asynchronous communication tools.Proactive in raising blockers, sharing updates, and contributing to cross-functional alignment.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Curious and eager to understand customer use cases and connect them to product decisions.Open, adaptable, and collaborative in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.This role is for Aumni’s client, MessageGears :
