JOB OVERVIEW :

This role serves as the primary resource for compliance analysis within the absence management product team, ensuring the SaaS platform's features and documentation remain accurate, up-to-date, and fully aligned with U.S. federal and state leave regulations. The analyst partners with product, engineering, compliance counsel, and customers to identify compliance requirements, translate them into well-defined business and functional specifications, and support agile implementation and ongoing enhancement of compliant features.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Partner with Compliance Counsel to analyze U.S. federal and state leavelaw changes, translatingregulatory requirementsinto actionableproduct requirements, user stories, and businessrules for absencemanagement softwarefeatures.
• Collaborate with Product Managers,Compliance Counsel, and EngineeringTeams in agiledevelopment cycles(backlog refinement, sprint planning, release validation) to ensure ongoing feature compliance.
• Support maintenance of accurate, detailed documentationof compliancerequirements, functional specifications, regulatory FAQs, and customer-facing guides.
• Conduct gap assessments of existingproduct functionalityagainst currentregulatory standards, recommendingproduct or documentationupdates as needed.
• Support development and execution ofUAT / test plansfor new and updatedcompliance-related features to ensure alignmentwith law andbusiness need.
• Monitor compliance-related product feedback from customersand assist withthe resolutionof any productcompliance questionsor concerns, providingclear and timelycommunication.
• Track and report on compliance requirementsand status usingticketing anddocumentationmanagement tools(e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• As needed, participate in customer meetings, demos, and webinarsto support education / discussion oncompliance features, product updates, and evolvinglegal / regulatory trends.

What Majesco Offers :

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education / training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
