Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Assist in data entry and ensure accurate information is recorded in the system.
  • Support the sales and customer service team with administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports and documents as required by management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data entry and database management.
  • Basic understanding of office procedures and terminology.
