Role & responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, messages, and face-to-face consultations.
- Understand customer aspirations, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable gemstones.
- Convert interest into purchase through persuasive and personalized consultations.
Luxury Product Advisory
Educate customers on the significance, authenticity, and value of gemstones and precious stones.Build emotional and symbolic connection between product and customer aspirations (wealth, legacy, gifting, spirituality).Maintain product knowledge on gemstone types, certifications, and customizations.Relationship Management
Cultivate long-term relationships with premium clients, ensuring repeat sales and referrals.Handle client concerns or objections with empathy and professionalism.Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and trust retention.Performance & Growth
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Track conversions, pipeline, and customer data accurately on CRM tools.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance lead quality and fulfillment.Brand Representation
Uphold the brands premium image in every customer interaction.Maintain a high standard of communication, grooming, and professionalism.Participate in ongoing product and sales training sessions for continuous learning.Preferred candidate profile
1-5 years of sales experience (tele-sales or face-to-face)
Candidates with a background in real estate, insurance, credit cards, or wealth products preferred
Strong communication, persuasion & closing skills
Team leads with sales-driving ability are welcome
