Job description

We’re hiring a digital marketer who can lead strategy and execution.

Your job is to drive growth, build trust, and turn followers into loyal clients.

Your Role

  • Plan and overlook fitcru’s social media strategy with the existing team
  • Plan, overlook and optimise paid ads across platforms with the existing team
  • Create and implement a client referral program through the CRM / WhatsApp marketing software
  • Design and execute a resurrection system for inactive leads, churned clients.
  • Build a reviews and testimonials funnel to increase trust and social proof
  • Define and maintain brand voice across all content
  • Hire and lead a team to support execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven results with Meta and Google Ads, wati, CRM etc
  • Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, and funnel strategy
  • Skilled at brand positioning, copy, and content direction
  • Clear communicator with a bias for action and performance

    • Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)
