Role Overview

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will act as a trusted right hand, managing communication, schedules, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD. The ideal candidate is highly organized, articulate, and possesses the confidence and discretion required to represent leadership at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Representation

• Draft and respond to emails, messages, and business correspondence on behalf of the MD.
• Screen and manage incoming calls, meeting requests, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the MD in preliminary discussions and ensure timely communication flow across departments.
