Year of experience : - 8 to 12 Years

• Professional Experience : 8-12 years of professional experience in backend software development using the .NET framework.
• .NET / C# Proficiency : Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core / .NET 5+).
• API Development : Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Database Skills : Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and experience with an ORM like Entity Framework Core.
• Testing : A commitment to quality with hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work through complex technical challenges.
• Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Cloud & Containers : Familiarity with developing for a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and using Docker.

Micro services & Asynchronous Patterns : Exposure to micro services architecture and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

Financial / Crypto Domain Interest : An interest in or prior experience with FinTech, banking, payments, or cryptocurrency.

Agile Experience : Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment.
