Job Title : Assistant General Manager AGM Business Relations

Location : Base Office

Reports To : Chief Operations Officer

The AGM Business Relations will lead a team of Assistant Managers and Guest Relations Executives across locations. The role focuses on client relationship management, service quality improvement, employee grievance handling, KPI reporting, and corporate office administration. The position requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the escalation point for issue resolution, gathering and analysing client and customer feedback, conducting quarterly employee grievance surveys, coordinating resolutions with HR, overseeing the preparation and accuracy of site KPIs, managing administrative functions at the corporate base office, and leading and mentoring a team to ensure performance, training, and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management with a Masters preferred and 10 plus years of experience in client relations preferably in hospitality, food services, or facility management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential along with proven expertise in KPI management, feedback analysis, grievance handling, and team leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and the flexibility to travel between sites are also required. Candidates with a background in service driven industries and client facing leadership roles will be preferred.
