For a specific data intelligence company in the UK, we are seeking Research analysts with specific focus on the non-life insurance sector. Our client is a data intelligence company collecting and analysing global data for finance and insurance sectors.
Our fantastic, skilled, energetic non-life team focuses on researching, analysing, and reporting on the many existing and emerging risks, regulations and changes that impact the global insurance industry.

The Requirement
The Research Analyst will work closely with the core team of our clients, understand market needs and deliver industry leading web-based products and services.
The responsibilities include :
Supporting the non-life team in their efforts to communicate market developments in insurance and tax regulations worldwide, based on research from a variety of resources.
Manage Client’s source database. This will involve conducting secondary web research to identify relevant and reliable sources for the markets the non-life team cover, allowing the team to stay abreast of regulatory and legislative developments.
The ongoing management of these sources includes a mixture of manual monitoring, as well as general web research to ensure regulatory and market updates are being monitored efficiently and adequately.
Work closely with the team lead and non-life team members as we look to constantly evolve and improve our offering for clients, ensuring that client remains at the forefront of updating the global insurance industry on regulatory and legislative developments.
Contribute to the success and development of client by completing daily process tasks and supporting with non-life related projects.
Krima Solutions intends to add skilled and energetic team at the client-end that will focus on researching, analysing and reporting on pension, social security and other employee benefits around the world, and the many existing and emerging risks and changes that impact the global insurance industry.

Responsibilities
Communicate market developments in insurance and tax regulations worldwide, based on research from a variety of resources.
Research a focused set of markets to become an expert in the local insurance regulations, tax compliance requirements and general supervisory requirements of the insurance market.
Check the quality, accuracy and integrity of non-life content
Respond to end-client requests and content questions in a timely manner.
Produce written analysis of insurance markets for use in specific products as well as whitepapers and other market focused channels.
Collaborate with client’s UK data and country risk analysts, product teams and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions as part of ad hoc projects.
Work closely with the team lead as we look to constantly evolve and improve our offering for clients, ensuring that our client remains at the forefront of updating the global insurance industry on regulatory and legislative developments.
Contribute to the success and development by leading on content and product development projects.
Support the team lead with the onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
Essential & Desirable Qualities
Experience in researching, understanding and summarising information
Experience reviewing legislative / regulatory information is a bonus, but not a requirement
Excellent writing and proof-reading skills
Ability to search and research global news
Ability to produce concise, accurate summaries based on large amounts of information
Knowledge of insurance or financial markets is beneficial but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
Additional language skills are a bonus, but not a requirement
Excellent communication and strong relationship-building skills, with internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an inquisitive mindset and keen attention to detail
Highly organised and proactive
Other requirements
Graduate or Post-graduate in any degree related to finance, insurance, banking and similar fields
Experience in working and understanding of non-life insurance with a minimum of 3-5 years
Good communication- both verbal and written
Should be able to work on UK Shifts from India
Knowledge of tools and technology to extract, collect, synthesise, calculate data.
Knowledge MS Excel, Power BI, SQL will be useful
Ability to write and format data visualise will be useful
Freshers need NOT apply. Those who can use technology tools and automation will have an added advantage.
