Your Role

Provide L2 support as a Middleware Administrator for platforms including UDM, HULFT, JBoss ESB, and WebMethod.

Manage and maintain middleware systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for database integration and administration.

Ensure compliance with ITSM processes, documentation standards, and internal policies.

Troubleshoot middleware issues and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in audits and ensure middleware environments meet compliance requirements.

Stay updated with middleware technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 / N3 is preferred.

Your Profile

Understands and responds to natural language queries across domains like tech, writing, productivity, and more.

Assists with debugging, code generation, documentation, and automation in multiple programming languages.

Fetches and summarizes real-time information from the web when needed.

Helps with writing, brainstorming, image generation, and content creation.
