Job Description

We're seeking a Staff / Principal Engineer to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, resilient systems using Java and event-driven architectures.

As a hands-on leader, you'll drive system architecture decisions, own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives, and mentor teams while solving complex technical challenges.

Our tech stack includes Java (Spring Boot), Microservices, AWS ECS, ScyllaDB, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver scalable, resilient systems using Java and event-driven architectures

• Mentor teams and solve complex technical challenges

Requirements :

Must-haves include 8-12 years backend development experience, deep Java expertise, and a strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects.

Bonus points for LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI experience, Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing, travel-tech or B2B marketplace background, and full-stack experience with React.
