Role

We are looking for a

Delinea Implementation Engineer

with hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and integrating Delinea (formerly Thycotic & Centrify) Privileged Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will design and implement secure privileged access systems, integrate with enterprise tools like Active Directory, ServiceNow, and cloud environments, and ensure compliance with security best practices.

Experience Required

5 to 8 years

of total IT experience with at least

2+ years in PAM implementation .

Hands-on experience in

Delinea Secret Server

or

Centrify deployment

is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and optimize

Delinea Secret Server

and

Centrify (AD Bridging)

for Linux and Windows environments.

Perform

end-to-end implementation

of PAM solutions — installation, configuration, policy setup, and vault integration.

Integrate Delinea with

Active Directory (LDAP) ,

ServiceNow ,

SIEM tools , and

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP).

Manage

privileged account onboarding , password rotation, reconciliation, and session recording.

Implement

role-based access control (RBAC)

and ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.

Support

automation and scripting

using PowerShell or REST APIs for PAM operations.

Work with security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and ongoing optimization.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

PAM industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

Delinea Secret Server ,

Thycotic , or

Centrify PAM

platforms.

Solid understanding of

Privileged Access Management (PAM)

and

Identity Access Management (IAM)

concepts.

Experience integrating PAM with

Active Directory ,

MFA ,

ServiceNow , and

SIEM

systems.

Knowledge of

Linux AD Bridging ,

Windows Server Administration , and

Access Control Policies .

Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or REST API).

Familiarity with

security compliance frameworks

(ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, etc.).

Preferred Skills

Exposure to other PAM tools (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity).

Understanding of

cloud security

and

zero-trust access

models.

Certification in

Delinea / Thycotic Secret Server

or related PAM platforms.

Knowledge of

ServiceNow workflow integration

and

ITIL processes .
