12 Months Contract (Fulltime)

Objective :

Provide functional and technical application support.

Lead and coordinate technical development activities.

Collaborate with the IT team to analyze and implement business requirements.

Ensure timely communication and updates on task and project status.

Define and apply best practices in development, testing, and release management.

Establish contingency and backup planning for continuity of services.

Scope :

Manage incident resolution (level 2 and above) and root cause analysis.

Oversee small to medium changes and integrations within Campus Solutions.

Provide expert guidance on system optimization and roadmap alignment.

Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
