Job Description : -

1. Role Clarity & Scope of Work

The resource will primarily focus on sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for ongoing mandates.

The profile will not include stakeholder management, offer negotiation, or internal coordination in the initial phase.

The scope may be extended after the first six months based on performance and mutual agreement.

Preferred exposure :

Industry : Financial Services (Investment Banking, NBFC, Credit Risk, Data Modelling)

Technical Skills (as applicable) : Python, PySpark, SQL, and related data roles

Ideal candidate : Recruiter experienced in Boolean searches, sourcing immediate joiners, and handling volume hiring.

2. Location & Contract Details

Preferred Locations (in order of priority) : Mumbai (Sion / Goregaon)

Engagement Tenure : 6 months (initial contract period)

Work Mode : 5 days working, Work from Office

Experience level : Minimum 3 years in end-to-end recruitment.
