🔶 Purpose : To handle Project Administration, and Industrial Relations functions at project sites
Job Duties & Responsibilities
1. Workmen Management
Screening and induction of workers
Handling worker complaints and grievances
Establishing and managing workmen habitats with all basic amenities and hygiene standards
Organizing training and development programs for workers
2. Statutory Compliance
Ensuring 100% compliance with all laws applicable to construction projects
Obtaining registrations, licenses, and statutory approvals
Maintaining statutory records and registers
Filing statutory returns
Ensuring timely compliance of social security benefits (PF, ESI, Welfare Fund, etc.)
3. Stakeholder Management
Ensuring smooth work progress with zero disruption at the site
Managing local issues and maintaining positive relations
Networking and liaising with Labour Departments, government authorities, clients, and other key stakeholders
4. Site Facilities Management
Managing site office administration
Coordinating transport arrangements for staff and workers
Overseeing security deployment, housekeeping, and related services
5. Other Responsibilities
Handling any other Project Administration / HR / IR–related matters as required
