In this opportunity as Quality Assurance Engineer , you will :
- Delivers testing solutions for a single product and / or participates in complex projects
- May lead straight forward projects that are not complex in nature
- Operates with moderate level of guidance and direction
- Immediate project or QA / Software Development Engineer team Engages with cross functional teams to execute
- Detects, highlights and tracks bugs
- Performs activities according to quality criteria
- Delivers testing solutions for a single product and / or participates in complex projects
- Proven ability to work within an agile environment
- Actively and collaboratively contributes to meetings, processes, and agile ceremonies with cross functional teams
- Ensures that risks are identified
About You :
Youre a fit for the role of Quality Assurance Engineer if your background includes :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or Business-related degree preferred or equivalent experience3 to 6years of software QA testing experience(IVR Testing)QA - Manual + Functional Automation Technical Skills Knowledge on web services or API testing Experience as testing engineer with emphasis on IVR(with CTI,Agent functionalities ) in contact center space.Must have previous IVR testing experience, like IVR application familiarity (speech & DTMF systems)Prior experience with using Cyara tool and creating test cases in Cyara.Good to Have Skills Ability to analyze and generate system test plan / test cases based on given specification / BRDs / requirement Ability to set up test data and execution of test cases, produce test execution report and help development team by providing required test data for bug fixes .Must have experience in testing E2E functionality.Knowledge of testing Gen AI Prompts, LLM models will help executing roles & responsibilities Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailSkills Required
