Job Title : US IT Talent Acquisitions Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and fulfill end-to-end IT recruitment requirements for full-time and contract hires in the US.
- A minimum of 2-10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of managing bulk-hiring for the US geography, achieving at least 8-10 hires per year.
- Extensive knowledge of self-sourcing using job portals and social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and GitHub.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and sell the organization's vision to candidates.
- A strong focus on building a promising pipeline of employee referrals, prioritizing quality over quantity.
Preferred skills include proficiency in Dice, C2C, W2, and BFSI-experienced individuals. A passion for candidate engagement and a willingness to go the extra mile to close positions are essential.
