Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add Manager - Program Management located in Chennai

What a typical day looks like :

Assist in development of analytical tools and models to identify pricing trends

Influence and support future state quote tracking dashboard / KPIs as they are developed.

Define and collect key commercial insights within quoting cycle to justify price approvals (table below with insights to capture)

Work cross-functionally with business units to validate deal economics and implement recommended changes

Optimize daily pricing processes to streamline operations and deal approvals

Document and maintain E2E sales process (value stream map) including individual steps swim lanes and systems

Identify quick wins within the E2E process

Help scope long-term improvements and investments to the sales process including systems enhancement and capacity constraints

Assist with the rollout of SFDC in all regions and support the creation of SOPs and data integrity requirements for sales team to utilize

Identify redundancy and assist in the culture of fostering continuous improvement

Assist in sales ops KPI development and dashboard creation

Consolidate and summarize pipeline data to represent one global view

Liase with finance and assist in development of SOPs for intercompany transactions.

The experience were looking to add to our team :

An accomplished Program Management professional with 1418 years of diverse experience across various manufacturing stages collaborating extensively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

Experience in Analytics Pricing Finance or related field

Hands-on experience within a quoting team or pricing team

Proficient with the Office 365 platform; strong Excel proficiency preferred

Experience with data analysis and validation

Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication presentation and customer service skills

Experience in process improvement value stream mapping and / or sales operations

Exceptional analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and operations.

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables formulas modeling).

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau).
