Job Title : Recruitment SpecialistLocation : Jaipur, Rajasthan, IndiaDepartment : Human ResourcesReports to : Recruitment ManagerSalary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skills)Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to handle the end-to-end hiring process for our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the local talent market, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality hires within timelines while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, local networks, and consultants.
  • Screen profiles, conduct telephonic / video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Interview Coordination & Candidate Engagement

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Keep candidates engaged with regular updates and feedback.
  • Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Offer & Onboarding Support

  • Assist in salary discussions and issue offer letters.
  • Support pre-joining documentation and smooth onboarding.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

  • Work with local recruitment agencies in Jaipur and nearby areas.
  • Understand manpower requirements directly from hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Reporting & Compliance

  • Track time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other recruitment KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
  • Familiarity with ATS / HR software.
  • Knowledge of Jaipur & Rajasthan talent markets is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions under strict timelines.
  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience; preference for Kaolin, manufacturing, marble, construction, or Ceramic industries.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
