Job Designation :

Biesse Rover Gold Operator for Modular Kitchen

Job Description : Programming :

Create and modify CNC programs for the Biesse Rover Gold, translating design specifications into machine instructions.

Troubleshoot and debug programs to ensure proper execution.

Machine Operation :

Set up and operate Biesse Rover Gold CNC router machine

Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient and accurate production.

Quality Control :

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

Make adjustments to the machine settings as needed to meet quality standards.

Report and address any issues affecting product quality.

Maintenance :

Perform routine maintenance on the Biesse Rover Gold, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn tools or parts.

Coordinate with maintenance personnel for more extensive repairs.

Collaboration :

Work closely with other team members, including designers, engineers, and production staff.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and support staff.

Job Specification :

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of previous experience operating CNC machinery, preferably the Biesse Rover Gold.

Technical Skills :

Proficient in CNC programming and operation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Familiarity with Biesse Rover Gold control software.

Problem-Solving Skills :

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address issues during production.

Ability to make quick decisions to ensure continuous workflow.

Attention to Detail :

Precision and attention to detail to produce accurate and high-quality components.

Ability to identify and rectify errors promptly.

Physical Requirements :

Comfortable with standing for extended periods and lifting / moving materials.

Manual dexterity for handling tools and materials.

Team Player :

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
