Must Have's :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques

Your Day

Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.

Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms
