About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Corporate Relations Intern to assist in managing campus recruitment activities, building industry connections, and supporting students in securing internship and job opportunities. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, corporate outreach, and career development operations.

Key Responsibility :

  • Assist in coordinating and organizing placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Communicate with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to explore placement opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the student placement database and company contact lists.
  • Support students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and job application processes.
  • Collect feedback from recruiters and students post-placement drives to improve processes.
  • Prepare placement reports, analytics, and dashboards for internal review.
  • Promote placement-related activities through emails, notices, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Training & Placement Officer and academic departments for smooth execution of placement activities.

Skills and Qualification :

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools (Excel, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
