QA Test Lead Experience : 79 Years Location : Remote Type : Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a QA hands-on lead with strong leadership, good to have cybersecurity exposure, and a modern, AI-aware mindset toward quality engineering. You will oversee the end-to-end QA lifecycle - defining test strategy, test approach, managing a team of functional testers, enabling automation, and ensuring each release meets the highest standards for functionality, security, performance, and user experience. You will also promote AI-driven efficiency across QA planning, reporting, and execution. Key Responsibilities Define and own the QA strategy and process maturity across product releases. Collaborate with the Development leads, Product Manager, and CS Engineers to validate feature readiness and develop an actionable QA plan for releases. Work with CS / Sales to conduct demo and walkthrough sessions for UAT handover Manage test planning, estimation, execution tracking, and defect tracking. Drive NFR testing - Security, Performance, and User Experience validations. Author, review, and approve test plans, cases, and regression suites for completeness. Ensure continuous test process improvements using AI-assisted tools. Assist with integrating QA workflows with CI / CD pipelines and automation frameworks. Conduct root-cause analyses of user incidents and ensure preventive QA measures are implemented. Maintain instances for Demo and for simulations Required Skills & Competencies Category Skills Leadership Team mentoring, stakeholder coordination, quality ownership Testing Strategy Strong understanding of QA governance, metrics, dashboards Automation Awareness Familiar with Selenium, PyTest, or similar frameworks NFRs Security, Performance, and UX testing hands-on experience AI Awareness Practical use of AI-driven test management or defect analytics tools Tools GitHub, Jira, Pytest, Selenium, Playwright Documentation & Reporting Strong focus on clarity, traceability, and metrics-driven QA reports Preferred Experience Product company background primarily working in cyber security space Preferred Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification (preferred).
• Prior experience in Cybersecurity Product QA.
• Exposure to AI-based testing tools or quality analytics frameworks.
• Experience in Agile / DevSecOps environments.
