We are looking for a strong Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager to head our recruitment delivery for US clients. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage teams, drive performance, and ensure high-quality delivery for Direct Clients & MSP accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.

Drive delivery for Direct Clients, MSP / VMS accounts (IT + Non-IT).

Ensure team meets hiring targets, SLAs, and client expectations.

Strategize sourcing plans and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Work closely with clients, ensure smooth communication, and manage escalations.

Hands-on involvement in critical / hard-to-fill roles when needed.

Requirements

6–10 years of US Staffing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead / delivery manager role.

Strong understanding of US hiring, job portals, VMS platforms, tax terms & compliance.

Experience handling BFSI / Non-IT roles is a major plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Comfortable with night shift (US time zone) .

Ability to work onsite in Bangalore.
