This position is focused on ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of trading systems.

• Lead and execute QA activities on the Trading Platform to guarantee its reliability and robustness.
• Manage the QA lifecycle for the trading platform, driving continuous improvement and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with trading and IT teams to comprehend system requirements, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Endur and related tools, identifying potential issues before they impact system performance.
• Guide and mentor junior QA team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Establish and enforce QA best practices across all projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
• Oversee the integrity of test data and environments, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
