This role bridges product line management and product development, overseeing the journey from concept to commercialization. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet brand standards, market demands, and financial goals. Key responsibilities include managing product data, coordinating sample development, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The Senior QA Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Mobile App, Website through comprehensive manual, automated and AI testing and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance and 1+ year experience in working with AI tools in QA, with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing, including mobile app testing using Appium.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Design and implement automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform thorough testing of web applications, APIs, and mobile applications across multiple platforms and devices.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure the quality of delivered software products.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright (JavaScript / TypeScript) and Node.js is highly desirable; familiarity with AI QA tools like TestSigma or Mabl is a plus.
