Our primary objective is to design exceptional products that drive the evolution of computing experiences, serving as the cornerstone for enterprise Data Centers, (AI) Artificial Intelligence, HPC and Embedded systems. The Role

We are searching for an AI Enabling Lead to drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence into our firmware, architecture, and system design practices. This role bridges advanced AI capabilities with core server, GPU, and SoC firmware technologies, enabling next-generation compute solutions. You will guide a highly skilled team of architects and engineers, shaping how AI accelerates firmware development, validation, automation, and customer experience.

You will partner with system architects, firmware developers, validation teams, and other AI / ML experts to ensure AMD's data center platforms deliver secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both technical depth and leadership experience, enabling them to influence roadmaps, mentor teams, and champion AI-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Enablement & Strategy : Define the roadmap for AI / ML adoption across firmware development, validation, test, and system design.
• Architectural Leadership : Shape AI-enhanced firmware architectures that ensuring scalability
• Cross-functional Leadership : Drive collaboration across firmware, silicon design, software, validation, and AI / ML research teams to accelerate adoption and innovation.
• Continuous Improvement : Establish metrics and processes that demonstrate AI's impact in improving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• AI adoption : Serve as a champion for AI adoption, mentoring teams and influencing AMD's position as an industry leader in AI-enabled firmware.
