Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Tableau Developer

with 3-4 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence dashboards and reports. The candidate should be proficient in

Tableau

and have experience working with relational databases. Exposure to

Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Python

will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations

in Tableau.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

scalable BI solutions .

Optimize dashboards and SQL queries for performance and usability.

Work with

data models

to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity.

Perform

data analysis and validation

to support decision-making.

Integrate Tableau with various

databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) .

Support ETL and data preparation tasks when required.

Document development processes, best practices, and user guides.

Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and BI trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in

Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field .

3–4 years of proven experience as a

Tableau Developer / BI Developer .

Strong expertise in

Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server / Online .

Solid understanding of

SQL

and ability to query large datasets.

Experience in working with

data warehouses

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience with

Oracle

or

PostgreSQL

databases.

Working knowledge of

Python

for data preparation, automation, or advanced analytics.

Familiarity with

ETL tools

and processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for BI solutions.
