Job Summary :
We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive to represent a reputed real estate agency in Goa specializing in luxury villas, premium apartments, and investment properties . The ideal candidate will manage high-net-worth (HNI) and VIP clients, handle property sales from lead generation to closing, and deliver exceptional client experiences in line with international service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement & Sales :
- Identify and engage with HNI and VIP clients interested in luxury real estate in Goa.
- Conduct property showings, client visits, and virtual presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, qualification, property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Ensure each interaction reflects the company’s high-end brand image.
Negotiation & Closing :
Handle negotiations on pricing and terms with professionalism and discretion.Prepare sales agreements, offers, and follow up until final registration.Collaborate with the legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.Market Intelligence & Coordination :
Stay updated on Goa’s luxury real estate market , pricing trends, and competitor activity.Coordinate with marketing teams to promote high-value listings and exclusive properties.Provide regular feedback to management on client needs and market insights.Operational Balance :
Work in a 50% office and 50% field sales environment — managing clients, listings, and viewings.Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM entries for all interactions.Key Skills & Competencies :
Excellent communication skills (5 / 5 fluency in English) – verbal and written.Highly presentable and confident personality suitable for HNI interactions.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with elite clients.Understanding of luxury real estate sales and high-value property transactions.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
