Opportunity : Senior Paid Campaign Specialist

We’re looking for a performance-driven Social Ads Manager to own our paid social strategy across LinkedIn Ads for Document360 (Knowledge Base SaaS) and Turbo360 (Azure Monitoring SaaS). You’ll run full-funnel campaigns from audience segmentation to creative testing and optimization focused on driving qualified leads, product trials, and pipeline growth.

What you’ll do on the job :

• Own LinkedIn Ads end-to-end : Campaign setup, audience building, budget allocation, tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with Creative and Product Marketing to develop scroll-stopping ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize based on CPL, CTR, CVR, and lead quality.
• Implement A / B tests for ad copy, visuals, and CTAs to constantly improve conversion performance.
• Integrate campaigns with CRM (Pipedrive) for lead flow tracking and funnel attribution.
• Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities in targeting, creatives, and offers.
• Report actionable insights weekly to the Performance Marketing Lead and VP of Marketing.
