In this role, the candidate needs to provide Assurance to client that Internal controls deployed on different processes are producing the desired results. Candidate needs to work extensively on FMEA. Need to ensure Data protection guidelines are followed and various other client guidance are implemented in true sprit by the functions supporting client

Responsibilities

Collaborate with & Operating teams to drive risk & compliance agenda, including incident management, privacy impact assessments & client compliance metrics

Establish and monitor Key Risk & Control indicators, develop remediation plans, and engage in client discussions as necessary

Proactive approach with Risk aptitude and flexible with work window

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and frameworks, conducting regular assessments and audits

Ensure effective communication and awareness of risk and compliance requirements

Investigate process breakdowns / fraud cases to provide independent view to organisation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, and governance.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities, with experience collaborating across multiple business units and senior leadership.

Experience in implementing risk assessment frameworks, particularly in F&A processes.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills for risk awareness initiatives.

Prior experience in leading and mentoring a risk & compliance team, driving accountability, collaboration, and effective risk management execution

Strong time management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex risk environments

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Strong F&A knowledge in R2R / P2P domains

Strong communication skills & ability to engage in insightful discussions with senior stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
