Key Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls to source, screen, and shortlist candidates for
driver and field sales roles
Explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies to potential candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Handle
driver onboarding
—collect and verify documents (DL, ID proof, etc.) and ensure smooth joining.
Maintain candidate records and update daily calling and hiring reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Operations) for smooth onboarding and deployment.
Meet daily / weekly hiring and onboarding targets.
Requirements :
Graduate or in college with relevant experience in telecalling / recruitment preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Prior experience in
driver hiring
or
blue-collar recruitment
will be an added advantage.
