We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative who can take charge of digital lead generation, client outreach, and online presence — helping us connect cutting-edge compute infrastructure with India’s most innovative startups and enterprises.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms
Manage and grow Novacore’s LinkedIn and online presence — posts, outreach messages, client follow-ups, and case studies
Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in AI, cloud computing, gaming, and enterprise tech
Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up cadences
Collaborate with leadership to craft custom proposals, partnership pitches, and demo sessions
Report weekly on outreach performance, qualified leads generated, and deals closed
Compensation Structure Commission-based model : Earn a significant percentage on every converted client or closed deal
Monthly performance bonus : Additional bonus for achieving or exceeding qualified lead targets
Hybrid flexibility : Work remotely, with occasional travel or in-person meetings when required
High-performing reps can grow into Business Development Manager or Head of Sales roles as Novacore scales
Ideal Candidate 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, cloud services, or tech infrastructure
Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM tools
Confident communicator with strong written and presentation skills
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Basic understanding (or eagerness to learn) about GPUs, AI workloads, and cloud infrastructure
