QuickTurtle is seeking a dynamic Regional Head to lead our Stock Broking & Investment Products business within the B2B Franchisee channel. This leadership role is crucial for driving AUM and revenue growth, building strong relationships with our partners, and leading a high-performing regional sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve given Assets Under Management (AUM) and Revenue targets for your designated region.
- Mentor, monitor, and drive the regional sales team to achieve sales numbers through Partner Alliances including IFA (Independent Financial Advisor), Franchisee, and Remisier Channels . You'll engage and influence them to sell a comprehensive range of products :
- Mutual Funds (MF)
- Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
- Private Equity (PE)
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
- Unlisted Shares
- Equity Advisory Products
- Insurance
- Direct Equity
- Bonds
- Conduct seminars for Franchisees and their clients on various investment products to enhance their knowledge and sales capabilities.
- Maintain strong relationships with the existing network of Partner Alliances – Franchisees & IFAs.
- Recruit potential new IFAs and Franchisees to expand our B2B network.
- Manage, recruit, and drive the regional sales team to meet their efforts and performance targets.
- Ensure the highest servicing standards for IFAs and Franchisees in areas such as sales support, query resolution, product training, and client seminars.
- Conduct thorough training for Partners on all our products, across Direct Equity and Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, Fixed Deposits, etc., collaborating with the product and training teams.
