Role Description
Build the backbone of intelligent infrastructure.
We're looking for an innovative ETL & AI Data Engineer to help us power a new era of construction and infrastructure intelligence. You'll be responsible for transforming fragmented data into structured knowledge—fueling everything from business dashboards to AI-powered decision tools like RAG systems and query bots.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources (APIs, SQL, flat files, web scrapers, etc.)
- Build and manage a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) database framework to support AI-assisted querying, ensuring semantic search and document relevance scoring
- Develop AI-enabled data query tools using Python and LLM-based prompt engineering to allow natural language queries over structured data
- Write optimized SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) queries for data retrieval and preprocessing
- Automate data workflows via Python scripts and Excel VBA where applicable, improving reliability and reducing manual tasks
- Collaborate across teams (Product, Tech, Business) to deploy data-driven tools, APIs, and backend integrations
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security across all pipelines and outputs
- Continuously refine our data stack, introducing modern practices in versioning, validation, and observability
What You Should Know
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel VBAExperience with data warehousing, ETL automation, and API data ingestionFamiliarity with LLMs, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone), or LangChain-like frameworksBonus : Experience with unstructured data processing (PDFs, text scraping) and semantic search toolsComfortable operating in a startup-like environment, wearing multiple hats and moving fastWhy Join Us
You'll play a central role in shaping the data architecture of an AI-powered infrastructure platform that's transforming how projects are planned, tracked, and executed. This is not just ETL—it's enabling the future of decision-making.
Apply now or tag someone who might be a great fit. Let's build something intelligent together.
