We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager to build and nurture key client
relationships, manage accounts end-to-end, and identify opportunities for business growth across
our IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle account planning, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Participate in proposals, RFPs, and negotiations.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns and support client events.
Skills & Experience
5-10 years in client relationship management, account management, or business developmentin IT services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with US or international markets preferred.Proficiency in embedded systems and semiconductor technologies.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
