Job descriptionOversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively. Assist to Develop and implement detailed project schedules and budgets. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with other departments, such as design, quality, procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain rigorous quality control standards. Inspect / facilitate to inspect finished work to ensure it meets specifications and company requirements. Identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and training. Implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries. Graduate Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture. 15 25 Years' Experience in Construction Industry with over 15 years. Proven experience in local market, Architectural, Interior, Landscape Finishes, Fit-out and FF&E. Proven experience in handling Projects (Luxury Residential, Hospitality, Private Villas) from inception to DLC (Defect Liability Completion) Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera and ACad. Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret Design Drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
