Experience Required :

4–6 years in an architectural or interior design firm

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering

(or equivalent).

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator

to manage civil and interior coordination for our projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, international designers, and multiple consultants to ensure seamless execution of design intent and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate civil and interior works between client and international design teams.

Manage requirements for ultra high-end Residential / Commercial projects.

Liaise with consultants and agencies for timely project deliverables.

Understand materials, interior themes, and design language.

Interpret and review drawings (DWG) for accuracy and compliance.

Track progress and follow up with ordering teams and vendors.

Maintain detailed records and ensure traceability of all project documentation.

Experience

4–6 years

of experience with architectural or interior design firms.

Proven ability to handle high-end residential or commercial projects.

Strong understanding of design coordination and material specifications.
