Job Role : Fashion & Content Associate

Location : Mumbai (On-site, Full Time)

Industry : Luxury Menswear / Fashion

Experience : 1-3 years preferred

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage RAJASAB's social media presence across Instagram & LinkedIn with creativity and consistency
  • Plan, schedule, and execute content aligned with the brand's storytelling and luxury aesthetic
  • Work closely with the founder, stylists, and photographer to curate high-quality visuals and engaging behind-the-scenes content
  • Actively provide fashion advice and styling suggestions in-store , assisting clients with pairings, fabric choices, and brand education
  • Capture and produce real-time content during fittings, in-store events, and client interactions
  • Write sharp, on-brand captions and coordinate with designers for visuals and storytelling elements
  • Take ownership of bringing new ideas to strengthen both our digital presence and client in-store experience

What We're Looking For

  • Strong aesthetic sense and deep interest in men's fashion (suiting, fabrics, styling, trends)
  • Confident and proactive in client-facing interactions, able to provide styling input and elevate the brand experience
  • A true ownership mindset — independent, reliable, and enthusiastic about building with RAJASAB long-term
  • Proven ability to execute — from ideation to delivery — without requiring constant supervision
  • Excellent written communication in English
  • Comfortable working in a small, founder-led team where professionalism, consistency, and initiative are valued as much as creativity
