The position

As an AEM -CMS Lead at Novo Nordisk, you will :

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and best practices, and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Lead and mentor a team of AEM developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AEM projects, including planning, resource allocation, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect AEM solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Review AEM codebase, ensure adherence to coding standards, and conduct thorough quality assurance to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Address technical challenges, provide solutions to complex problems, and support the team in resolving AEM-related issues. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX / UI designers, backend developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions.
