Reporting to : Senior Secretary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Calendar management
  • Planning proactively for international and domestic travel including flights, hotel bookings, visa arrangements, and car rentals
  • Scheduling all client and internal meetings, proactive planning, anticipating and resolving conflicts, and rescheduling commitments appropriately
  • Expense management
  • Reminding the senior leader of important tasks and deadlines
  • Handling confidential documents and ensuring they remain secure
  • Communicating, following up, and resolving expense reimbursements with the Finance team, technical issues with IT, administrative support with Admin team, or HR-related matters
  • Arranging ground logistics for senior member visits and client visits

    • Desired Candidate's Profile

  • Qualifications : Any Graduate
  • Experience : 1–4 years as a secretary, or a fresher who has studied a Secretary course
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams
  • Good knowledge of communication tools like Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
