Job Title : Social Media Manager

Location : Remote

Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Job Type : Full-Time

Role Overview :

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media strategy, content creation, paid advertising, and analytics , with a strong understanding of trends, engagement tactics, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube, and X (Twitter) .
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for graphics, videos, and campaigns .
  • Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare weekly / monthly reports .
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain community engagement.
  • Research and implement the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices .
  • Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand collaborations.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and analytics tools .
  • Proficiency in using Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools .
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English.
  • Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form content (Reels, Stories, Posts).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in running e-commerce or international brand accounts .
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or content marketing .
  • Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling abilities.
