(Apply in 3 Minutes) Associate, Donor Engagement

Position Overview :

This position would be the part of the Operations team and would be acting as the coordinating unit / liaison between Donor and the State Team , and as a support to the Operations team at INCO (India Country Office).

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for direct coordination between Donor and the state team.
• Responsible for coordination of site visits from donor and the state team.
• In cooperation with Program Teams, take responsibilities and provides overall logistical coordination to facilitate and host local and international visitors / donors for all types of site visits to support Room to Read's Programs.
• Develop site visit itineraries and ensure that all final itineraries are being communicated to relevant people.
• Responsible for reviewing site visit requests and follows up with development team with any queries.
• Responsible for direct coordination and planning with school.
• Orient’s school staff and RtR field staff on the format for the site visit including the talking points.
• Ensures to follow best practices for hosting donors and highlighting programs.
• Be a RtR spokesperson during donor visits by being able to accurately and confidently convey RtR’s message and educational situation in country.
• Act as a main point of contact for GO (Global Office) donor engagement team on ad hoc projects and requests for information.
• Single handedly manage PR and local awareness activities.
• Assist in and build relations and improve collaboration with the donor.
• Provide donors with information and suggestions on hotels, restaurants, local attractions.
• Assist in managing and implementing a proactive communication program to enhance RTR relationship with donors, government, and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for drafting and sharing Project Completion Report including managing photography of project sites to be shared with India Development team and state team.
• Develop an MIS tracker for donor reporting (monthy-quarterly-half yearly-annually) and keep the same updated as the pool of donor keep changing.
• Ensures to take feedback from the Donor on the visit and share the same with Ops team.
• Responsible for tracking data on the site visit and providing it to the GO (Global Office) donor engagement team to be used for reporting and strategy development.
• Captures learning experiences (best practices and lessons learned) based on donor and state team feedback and applies them to future visits.
• Assist Communication department in developing guidelines on donor visit and completion of report including photography.
• Assist in training for new and existing India staff on the site visit coordination process and best practices for hosting and highlighting programs to donors. Develops and maintains training resources.
• Assists the INCO (India Country Office) operations team in donor report completion, documentation and any other operational task that may come from time to time.
• Follow up with other state teams, where RtR has operations, on different donor reporting timelines and completion.
