Experience Required

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Accountant capable of managing complete accounting functions along with administrative operations, tender documentation, and compliance. The candidate must be proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, and English with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Handle daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger management
Manage GST, TDS, invoice preparation, purchase / sales entries
Perform bank reconciliation, vendor payments, deposits, petty cash
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and audit documents
Government Tender / Compliance
Prepare and submit government tender documentation
Manage tender forms, compliance checklists, vendor registrations
Maintain PF / ESIC records and statutory registers
Coordinate with government departments and online tender portals
Admin / Operations
Manage A-to-Z office administration, data entry & file management
Support HR tasks : attendance, staff coordination & documentation
Handle vendor coordination, bank-related work, and operational workflows
Maintain office inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
CRM / Client Coordination
Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, messages & email
Maintain CRM with follow-ups, pipeline status & N-number entries
Assist internal teams with client updates and coordination
Education
B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)
BBA / MBA in Finance or Accounting
Certifications in Tally, GST, Accounting, or similar advantageous
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, reconciliation & documentation
Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to execute tasks independently and with accuracy
Salary
