We are looking for seasoned Business Analysts with 510 years of experience in the banking and financial services domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and help bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with retail and corporate banking products, digital lending platforms (LOS / LMS), payment systems, and banking core systems like Finacle.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization or automation.
Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), user stories, and use cases.
Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure a common understanding of project goals.
Work with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Support testing teams in preparing test cases and validating solutions during UAT.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes within the BFSI sector.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail banking, digital payments, UPI, lending, and foreign exchange operations.
Track and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for assigned projects.
Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
