Key Responsibilities :
A) Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
B) Scheduling & Coordination
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange conference rooms.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reports.
Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
C) Communication & Support
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
Liaise between departments to ensure smooth information flow.
D) Record Keeping & Compliance
Maintain employee records, attendance logs, and leave trackers.
Assist with basic HR functions such as onboarding documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications : Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
Skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
