• Own revenue growth by executing consultative approaches that meet each client's unique needs.
• Collect and analyze data from HR tools, ensuring accurate reporting and quality audits.
• Conduct initial screenings, assessing both technical and behavioral competencies, and evaluating candidates' cultural fit.
• Work independently on niche technology roles, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop and execute Boolean search techniques on platforms like Naukri, Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter to identify qualified candidates.
• Negotiate effectively with candidates, ensuring their expectations align with company offerings while balancing internal stakeholder requirements.
