Senior Test Automation Engineer

Core Skills & Responsibilities

• Develop automated test cases using tools such as Playwright , Karate , and JMeter .
• Ensure testability and quality are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners to define and accurately test acceptance criteria.
• Proactively contribute to strategies for improving overall delivery.
• Maintain metrics related to test coverage and defects; aim to increase coverage and reduce defects.
• Define comprehensive and clear test reports and templates.
• Ensure cost- and time-efficient testing by establishing continuous feedback loops, increasing coverage, and eliminating inefficiencies.
• Investigate and implement techniques such as CI , TDD / BDD , and automated testing to maximize ROI.
• Develop and implement automated test solutions using NBLY standards.
• Develop and maintain custom software using NBLY standard coding practices.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on communication and problem-solving, aligned with the NBLY Code of Values.
• Assist the team in researching and recommending solutions to meet business requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information.
• Interface professionally with colleagues and be a trusted go-to person.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
